What is IPPC?

IPPC je zkratka anglického Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) or integrated pollution prevention and control access to environmental, which is in the European Union enacted Directive 2008/1/EC on IPPC. In Czech law, the law had no. 76/2002 Sb., Integrated Prevention.

The aim of IPPC is to protect the environment as a whole (water, soil, air, waste) Pollution from industrial and agricultural enterprises. It is based on a preventive approach using so called. best available techniques or technologies (BAT – Best Available Techniques), which are set out in the reference documents (BRIEF), that prepared by the European Commission in cooperation with industry, NGOs and EU Member States.

The basis of the so-called IPPC. integrated permitting for selected industrial and agricultural activity established by law 76/2002 Sb., issued by the Regional Office or the Ministry of the Environment).

The basic tool is the so-called IPPC. integrated permit are, directed to issue a periodic renewal. Integrated authorization replaces several decisions, statements and consents of the competent administrative authorities.
